I just purchased this Great Tote from the Coach Outlet(1/29/11) at a much lower price.It retailed at $258.00 and I got it for $92.00+tax..I love the material and the size of this tote.The Nylon makes it so easy to maintain this bag!It has 2 front pockets on the outside with zips.Inside the bag there is a gorgeous black lining and 2 small cell/multi-function pockets and a large zip compartment on the back side of the bag(inside)..It does have 2 handles, and it is a light weight bag to carry.In the end, it is my absolute favorite Coach bag ever..I would rather pay a few more dollars and know that my Coach bag will Last, rather than spend less and get less quality!!!!
