The famous Louis vuitton cherry line were initially designed by a man known as Takashi Murakami.

Murakami and Louis Vuitton's first collaboration was the 2003 spring/summer collection in which Murakami infused cheerful colors to the Louis Vuitton Monogram. And out of that partnership the Monogram Cherry Blossom line was created that year, followed by the Monogram Cerise pattern in 2005.

These bags have been one of the top selling bags since they arrived on the scene.
